Welcome to the Motor Summit China

The famous Motor Summit has arrived to China: after its 5th  successful recurrence in Zurich Switzerland, the first Motor Summit China was held from 10 to 11 July 2015 in Zhenjiang, Jiangsu province, P.R. China.
 

Zhenjiang is the place where the first group of industries participated in the Topmotors China program to upgrade their motor systems and save electric energy.

The first Motor Summit China was guided by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China (MIIT), the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO) and the Embassy of Switzerland in China. It was hosted by the Swiss Agency for Efficient Energy Use (S.A.F.E.), the Zhenjiang Municipal Government of Jiangsu Province and the China National Motor Efficiency Promotion Office.
 

250 international and Chinese guests from industry, government and university attended the conference to learn about most recent technological developments in motor systems and to discuss policy programs to implement efficient motor systems. Competent speakers from China, Denmark, Japan, Sweden, Switzerland and USA informed on their recent experiences. As side events, an industry site of Helin Cement and the Sino-Swiss Zhenjiang Industrial Park have been visited. Workshops were held on Testing Technology and Standards, on Permanent Magnet Drives. Also, an Investment and Commerce Fair was held.
